The Friends of Wells Cathedral aims to raise \u00a32m over the 5-year period of The Grand Organ Appeal and we hope that the new Grand Organ will be completed in time for the Cathedral\u2019s 850th anniversary. There are six ways by which you can help us achieve this daunting target:<\/p>\n

Regular giving<\/h2>\n

We invite you to come to the heart of our campaign by supporting our fundraising efforts as a regular giver. By making a regular monthly donation you can make a huge difference to the appeal whilst enjoying a number of unique benefits, linked to the level of giving you choose. If we have donations left after the completion of the planned refurbishment, they will be used to support the musical life of the Cathedral.<\/p>\n

One-off donations<\/h2>\n

Some people prefer to give a one-off donation. So whether you can make a gift of \u00a38.50, \u00a385, \u00a3850 or more, you will be helping us on our journey to reach the 850th anniversary goal. All donations are very welcome so please give what you can.<\/p>\n

Legacies – leaving a gift for the future<\/h2>\n

By leaving a legacy in your will to the Friends of Wells Cathedral, you can help ensure that the Friends can continue to support projects such as the Grand Organ Appeal for years to come and provide much-needed support for our Organ Scholars.\u00a0 These projects will benefit the wider community, ensuring that the traditions, including exceptional church music, in this most wonderful of English Cathedrals will survive for future generations to experience.<\/p>\n
